The Ballad of Mulan
A Poem about a Loyal Brave Warrior
In the northern land of Wei, a war begins,
Each household sends a man to join the fight,
Hua Mulan, a daughter, brave and true,
Takes up her father's armor, bold and anew.
Her heart aflame, her resolve so sure.
In battles fierce, she fights with skill and might,
Her courage shining like a beacon bright.
With strategy and wit, she leads the way,
To victory, they march, day by day.
Twelve years of war, she serves with pride,
With honor earned, she bids farewell,
To her comrades, her tale, they cannot tell.
But Mulan yearns for her humble abode,
Where peace and love, her spirit erode.
A legend lives, of Mulan, the brave,
Her story told, through generations it will pave.
A symbol of courage, strength, and grace,
